Article 1 – Definitions
1.1 Seller: The entity offering products or services to consumers.
1.2 Buyer: Any natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity.
1.3 Distance Agreement: A contract concluded remotely via the Site.

Article 3 – Applicability
3.1 These terms apply to all offers and agreements.
3.2 Buyers will have access to these terms before concluding a purchase.
3.3 Orders are confirmed upon acceptance via email.
3.4 Product availability, descriptions, and typographical errors are not guaranteed.
Article 4 – The Offer
4.1 Offers include full product/service descriptions.
4.2 Seller may reject orders due to unavailability, errors, technical issues, order limits €2500, payment not recieved, missing order information, or suspected fraud.
Article 5 – Delivery
5.1 Products are delivered via designated carriers. Failed deliveries may redirect to neighbors or pickup points.
5.2 Delivery occurs within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Article 6 – Reflection Period
Buyers may inspect products for fourteen (14) days without affecting value. Returns must include original packaging and accessories.
Article 7 – Withdrawal Costs
7.1 Right to withdraw within 14 without reason.
7.2 Withdrawal period starts the day after receipt.
7.3 Buyer bears return shipping costs.
7.4 The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days after receiving the returned product. The seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the buyer has provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Article 8 – Price
Prices include VAT and remain fixed during the offer period, except for legal changes.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
Products comply with agreements and reasonable standards. Manufacturer warranties do not affect buyer legal rights.
Article 10 – Payment
Amounts due within 14 days of the reflection period unless agreed otherwise. Buyers must report inaccuracies immediately.
Article 11 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in a timely manner and will be addressed within 14 days.
Article 12 – Disputes
All agreements are governed by the Dutch law. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in the seller’s district.
Article 13 – Additional Provisions
Any additional or deviating provisions must not harm the buyer and must be in written or storable format accessible to the buyer.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be able to return an item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll create a return shipping label for you, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
