Delivery

Every order from Le Floor is carefully processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days. For orders within the EU, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please note that at this time we only offer shipping within the EU.

Returns

At Le Floor, we hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your items within 14 days of receiving them.

To be eligible, your items should be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unwashed, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lefloor.nl. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Utrechtsestraatweg 206, 3911 TX, Rhenen.

If your return is accepted, we’ll create a return shipping label for you, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, it's €6,95. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
